We know from experience that there’s nothing more frustrating than your home comfort system not functioning properly. And it always seems to happen at the worst time – the middle of the night, holidays, when you come back from vacation, or when the in-laws are in town.
For some customers, that can be the start of the headache. Many customers are troubled to find that when they call a service provider in their area, it’s sometimes 4-5 business days before a tech can get to them. Or, a company may charge extra for an “after-hours” service call for scheduling you after 5 p.m. or on the weekends. Way to kick you while you’re down, right?
At Lake & Hills Air, we don’t play those games. Your service fee is a flat $75 and covers our trip out all the way to the repair diagnosis.
Diagnosing Your Equipment
Our skilled technicians will use a variety of diagnostic tools to test & analyze the function of your home climate system to ensure that your repair is diagnosed properly. We will provide you a quote for service before we begin any recommended repairs.
We carry a variety of parts on each of our service vehicles to ensure that repairs can be made in a timely manner.
We service all major AC & Heating equipment, as well as gas furnaces.
Updating Old Equipment
Units that are 10 years or older are often unreliable and much less efficient than a modern system. When choosing a replacement, it is critical for us to understand your needs so we can provide you a proper quote. The solutions we offer are unique and customizable for each of our customers, and our estimates are provided at no cost to you.
